LAWSON – Mr. Jimmy R. Lawson, age 65 of Cumming, died February 5, 2010. Born in Atlanta, Mr. Lawson was a foreman with Reid & Reid Construction Company. Jimmy was a loving husband, father and grandfather and was well respected and admired by a countless number of friends and work associates. He is survived by his wife of thirty years, Dianna Lawson of Cumming; daughters, Tammy Bean of Cumming, Tiffany Ridley of Canton and Sandy Ritchie of Metter; son, Chuck Lawson of Canton; sister, Pam Elders of Woodstock; brother, Larry Lawson of Cumming; and nine grandchildren. The funeral service will be on Monday, February 8, 2010 at 3:00 PM in the chapel of Northside Chapel Funeral Directors. Rev. Troy Milford will officiate. Interment will follow in Green Lawn Cemetery. The Lawson Family will welcome friends on Sunday from 2 to 4 PM and 6 to 8 PM at Northside Chapel Funeral Directors and Crematory, Roswell/Alpharetta, 770/645-1414. www.northsidechapel.com
